This is the first time after many months that estranged nephew and cousin duo Ajith and Sharad are meeting each other in public knowledge. Ajit Pawar along with over 40 MLAs decided to join hands with the Shinde-Fadnavis government in July last year.
Parbhani violence: A team of Nanded police began patrolling the violence-hit Parbhani town on Wednesday night after a man allegedly vandalized a cement replica of the Constitution at the base of Dr BR Ambedkar’s statue outside the Parbhani railway station. The outbreak spread to the district of Marathwada, about 500 km from Mumbai, prompting the closure of prohibitory orders by the administration.
How is the weather today? Mumbai experienced a maximum temperature of 22 degrees Celsius on Thursday after the coldest December day in nearly a decade earlier this week. The minimum temperature in the city on Monday was 13.7 degrees Celsius, which is 5.6 degrees below the seasonal average. The temperature drop came five days after residents faced a maximum temperature of 37.3 degrees Celsius on December 4, the hottest day since December 2008.
