PM Modi should tell Parliament what steps India has taken to protect Hindus in Bangladesh: Uddhav Thackeray | India news

Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray said on Friday that Prime Minister Narendra Modi should inform Parliament about the steps taken by the Indian government to protect Hindus in Bangladesh.

Addressing a press conference in Mumbai, Thackeray criticized the BJP and said its Hindutva is only for votes.

He said temples are being vandalized in Bangladesh, where minority Hindus have faced violent attacks in the past few months.

Bangladesh’s former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina is safe in India, but what about Hindus in neighboring countries? Thackeray asked.

“Prime Minister Modi should inform Parliament about the steps taken by India to protect Hindus in Bangladesh,” Thackeray said.

Now the winter session of the parliament is going on.

He said that if the Prime Minister stops the Russia-Ukraine war, the atrocities on Hindus in Bangladesh should also be stopped.
