It is “the binding duty of the Punjab Government and the Union to adopt all peaceful means to provide adequate, immediate medical assistance to Dallewal, without forcing him to break his fast, unless necessary to save his life,” the bench said. order

Meanwhile, Solicitor General Tushar Mehta and Punjab Advocate General Gurminder Singh agreed with the committee’s suggestion to try and persuade the protesters to change their location.
